    • Your order will ship in approximately 6 weeks with curbside Freight Delivery, Forklift is required to unload.
    • This product is considered special order. Your account will be charged at time of order.
    • Express or overnight shipping is not available for this product.
    • Ships by Ground to the 48 contiguous states. Cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APOs, US Territories, Canada or other foreign countries.

    Return Information

    If you have a return issue, contact Woodcraft Supply customer service @ 1-800-535-4482 for return details. Non-defective returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in an unassembled, unused condition. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges.

    Warranty Information

    All Saunas have a limited lifetime warranty on components and a 5 year warranty on Heaters. Contact Harvia at 888/355-3050 for all warranty issues.
