Abaco Slab Lifters are designed for the moving and handling of stone, granite, marble, and heavy slabs.

These Abaco clamps, with their rubber-lined jaws, have been developed to handle material in slab or sheet form, stacked in racks, without damaging the material's surface. They have a number of advantages over the common clamping devices.

Features:

• Safety: This new Abaco Clamp has an unbreakable center plate that makes it a lot safer than the old Abaco Lifter.
• Size: Compact construction allows for close packed slabs to be lifted out of racks and containers. Lower height slabs can be placed alongside taller slabs with no problems.
• Versatile: Ideal for construction work. Because the clamping mechanism is to the front of the slab, it allows panels to be placed close to walls.
• Secure: It grips slabs firmly with a force-multiplying factor of approximately 2.7 to 1 compared with the old Abaco Lifter of approximately 2.5 to 1.
