The ratcheting one-handed action frees up the other hand to hold the work. The easily replaceable, steel blade produces a smooth effortless cut, leaving a burr free finish. Locking clasp keeps cutter closed when not in use. Replacement blade available.- Cuts 2" nominal PVC pipe, or 2-1/2" OD
